We will depart for the North West, towards Koh Wow and Koh Yippon. After arriving in Koh Wow,guests can either swim, snorkel or try an optional diving experience. Koh Wow, is the first of the islands in the Chumpon Archipeligo to the north where the water is clear enough for either Snorkling or Diving. Koh Wow and Koh Yippon have an abundance of sea life and beautiful unspoilt corals.
Unique to Bophut Diving Tours is the option to try scuba diving while on this tour. Whether you are fully certified, or just wanting to have a discover scuba dive, we can accommodate your needs and make this a trip of a lifetime. Utilising complete Aquamaster state of the art equipment and highly qualified diving staff. After around one hour and thirty minutes we then head into the islands of the Marine Park stopping first at Koh Mae Koh and the famous Emerald Lake – a stunning must see landlocked salt water lake. For the adventurous a 20 minute return walking trip provides many photographic opportunities.
After the Emerald Lake, we then visit one of the parks many secluded beaches for a buffet lunch served on board where we take the opportunity to let the group swim and some time to relax on the beach.
Finally we then stop at the Park’s headquarters at Koh Huwa Da Lup where you can take another adventurous walk, take out a kayak, (optional) or just laze and swim on this very popular beach.
Travelling North from Fishermans Village, we cross the channel between Koh Samui and Koh Phangnan and head up the west coast of beautiful Koh Phangnan stopping first at a very small beach on Koh Tae Nai. This is a beautiful small beach and famous for windsurfing. With a small lagoon, it is an ideal spot to simply relax on the beach and swimming off the beach or in the lagoon.
After leaving Koh Tae Nai, we travel further north past the main port of Koh Phangnan Thong Sala, en route to Maehaad Bay and Koh Ma. This is the first destination north in the Chumpon Archipeligo where clear water, corals and marine life make for wonderful Snorkling, swimming and optional scuba diving Koh Ma is often used as a base for beginner divers being certified and divers wanting to undertake a discover scuba dive. While enjoying water sport activities, we prepare our lunchtime buffet, ready for hungry and thirsty guests.
After leaving Koh Ma we then travel along the North Coast and then turning onto the East coast for a lazy journey passing the stunning Thong Nai Bay and beach resorts, traveling to a very secluded private beach at Rubber Beach. Here guests can swim and relax on this clear clean beach, and for the more energetic take a trek up to Rubber Beach View Point.
After relaxing at Rubber Beach we then head further South, past the famous Haad Rim Beach. This is most probably one of Thailand’s most popular beaches, as every full moon the beach is full of partying all night revellers. After passing Haad Rim beach we then travel across he channel to Koh Som. Koh Som is a beautiful private beach very close to Koh Samui and is used as our last stop off for swimming before heading back to our base at Bophut Beach Fishermans village.
Koh Tao is one of the worlds most popular scuba diving destinations in the world, with many of the worlds diving community being certified as qualified divers on the island. There are many dive and Snorkling sites, with an abundance of coral, marine life and what can be pristine clear waters.
Koh Tao is one of the most northern parts of the Chumpon Archipeligo, and is reached from Fishermans Village after around one hour and 30 minutes, causing passed the beautiful Koh Phangnan’s west coast.
Once reaching Koh Tao we continue to travel further north for 15 minutes up the west coast of the island to reach the famous Koh Nang Yuan. This is famous for being one of the most photographed beaches in the world. We offer the choice of either anchoring off the beach at Koh Nang Yuan and swimming and Snorkling with optional scuba diving. Or dropping guests at Koh Nang Yuan pier for Snorkling and swimming ( this option is dependant on the number of tourists on the island, it sometimes gets very busy and crowded.
Following water activities at Koh Nang Yuan, we then travel around the north of Koh Tao and then heading south to one of many secluded beaches and bays, for further swimming and Snorkling while lunch is being prepared.
Following lunch we travel further south to either Lighthouse, Hin Wong or Au Luk Bays for further swimming and Snorkling.
Following our last bay, we cruise south back passed Koh Phangnan heading back to Bophut Beach and Fishermans Village for transfer back to your hotel.
Embarking on the boat at stunning Bophut Fishermans Village, you will then get to travel past the famous Big Buddha, past the popular Chaweng Beach, then on to Silver Beach Bay, for a swim. Then further south to Lamai Beach and Grandfather & Grandmother Rocks (Hin Ta & Hin Yai).
On leaving the east of the island, we will then have the opportunity to go swimming and snorkelling at Koh Tan and then Koh Madsum to the south, while a buffet lunch is being prepared on board for when coming back on the boat.
On finishing lunch, a lazy trip back along the west coast of the island, letting you simply relax and listen to the sea as we travel through the beautiful Five Islands, past Nathon and finally travelling along the north of the island.
